I stayed in NY for Business for the 1st time. I was surprised by the quality of the hotel. A complete flat, with kitchen, living room. Very calm. Discrete employees. Very nice swimming pool. I know where I land next time i'm in the city !

People were friendly and helpful and it was well located. The rooms are spacious.
Add-on charges make this hotel not value for money. Service charges, taxes etc add 15% to the base price which should have been made aware prior to booking instead of price exclude taxes etc. Pool hours were restrictive.

During my xmas stay, the accommodations were clean and well maintained, offering spacious living areas and a well-equipped kitchen. the location was ideal, with close proximity to shopping and dining options, as well as easy access to transportation. One particularly enjoyable feature was the indoor pool, a calming oasis in the midst of a bustling city.
The limited staff hours at the pool made it difficult to fully take advantage of this amenity. the lack of a clearly defined lobby area was a bit confusing upon arrival.

The room was a bit dusty and could have been cleaner. The noise level was high, making it difficult to sleep at times.

Located in midtown Manhattan, this hotel is close to everything. The rooms are comfortable, with beautiful bedding and incredibly comfortable beds. The service is exceptional, with friendly staff always ready to help. The breakfasts are great, with croissants and fresh fruit. The hotel is impeccably clean, with housekeeping doing a fantastic job. The neighborhood is safe and within walking distance of many attractions. The indoor pool is a nice bonus, perfect for a summer stay. it feels like a home away from home with all the necessary amenities.
The heating system didn't work so well, and the cleaning could be done more than once a week.

We had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home. They went out of their way to provide us with valuable advice and assistance throughout our stay. The location of this place was absolutely perfect, situated in a beautifully designed public area. It was so convenient to be within walking distance of both midtown and Central Park. Plus, there were two supermarkets just a block away, making grocery shopping a breeze. The apartment itself was clean, quiet, and spacious, with comfortable beds and lovely furnishings. We truly felt like we were staying in a home away from home.
This hotel is highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We stayed in a stunning, traditional apartment with ample space and superb cleanliness. the superb amenities enhanced our experience and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Located in a lovely and subdued area in Manhattan, everything was conveniently close to the hotel; from local restaurants to the nearest supermarket.
One aspect of the complex was a little too dark for our tastes.

We spent our Christmas holidays in this hotel and it was a great experience. The facilities are clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent. You can easily get a cab or walk to nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the indoor pool.
The windows in our room were not soundproof and the noise from the street was disturbing. Another negative was that our room lacked proper lighting.
